Emmy Falvey joined Falvey Insurance Group in 2025 to lead the Capacity team and oversee the London office. In this role, she manages the security panel supporting the MGA and Coverholder’s nine classes, leading the company’s strategic approach to building a resilient, long-term panel of capacity providers, the majority of which are London markets.

Emmy began her career in the London market in 2017, starting in claims before spending five years as a placing broker working on retail client placements. She then spent three years as an underwriter prior to joining the family business.

Falvey Insurance Group, an MGA celebrating its 30th anniversary, began as Falvey Cargo Underwriting with a strong niche in pharmaceutical and high-tech cargo before successfully expanding into general cargo. In 2013, the business diversified into additional classes and products. Throughout this growth, Falvey’s core mission has remained constant: to deliver profitable results for underwriters while providing high-quality service and creative, affordable solutions that make a tangible difference for customers.
