David commenced his insurance career in 1981, joining the Group’s London Office in 1986.  Since then (other than a brief two and a half year sojourn as a Lloyd’s underwriter where he was responsible for their Marine, Cargo and Specie Portfolio),  he has taken a leading role as an Account Executive involved in production, placing and servicing of our wholesale and retail Cargo accounts.  These include clients from a diverse industry portfolio, including Auto, Pharmaceutical and Petroleum, amongst others.

David has much experience in handling our diverse Global portfolio travelling extensively in North America, the Middle East, Europe as well as Asia/Pacific countries looking after the interests of our major clients in these regions.

Currently David is responsible for the UK Cargo and Stock Throughput team and one of the Global Cargo Leaders.
