Julien has over 20 years’ experience in the marine insurance industry. He joined McGill and Partners in 2024 after 20 years with Thomas Miller Ltd in Underwriting roles for UK P&I Club and TT Club which included portfolio leadership and business development roles in London and Dubai. Julien is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Insurance with Post Graduate Diploma in Marine Insurance from the World Maritime University. He is a Freeman of the City of London and Member of the Honourable Company of Master Mariners.
