Tom’s career in the cargo market began in 2019 when he joined the Marsh Graduate Scheme.

He is a Market Broker and Client Executive within the Marine, Cargo & Logistics division, primarily servicing large and complex accounts, particularly multinational and captive-led cargo programmes.

Tom coordinates a diverse portfolio, structuring risk transfer solutions for clients in a variety of sectors such as pharmaceuticals, automotive, and tech. He specialises in the insurance of physically traded commodity risks, including oil & gas, metals, and agricultural commodities.
